We generally do not allocate seating. While we will do our best, purchasing tickets in advance does not guarantee that your party can all be seated together. When it is busy (school holidays, rainy days, etc.) we still advise that you arrive early so your group can get seats together.

Where allocated seating applies to a session you have the choice of choosing your own seat on the website.

You deserve to be fully immersed in the best possible cinema experience, and so does the person next to you. We would be grateful if you could be respectful to those around you by arriving on time, turning your phone off , and not talking during the movie. If you require assistance at any stage, please contact one of our team; your enjoyment and comfort is our first priority.      

Our pre shows are ad free, so you’ll get to enjoy the latest trailers and then begin your movie without any other distractions. Our movies start on time. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early. This will give you time to collect tickets, drinks and snacks.
